Testosterone, Atherosclerosis & Heart Disease

Testosterone, in numerous studies, is shown to have a protective role in heart disease.  A study was done in the Netherlands and reported in the Circulation journal. It involved 194 men, with an average age of 77 years.  Those who had the lowest levels of testosterone had 10 times the dangerous plaque lining their arteries. [...]
