Vitamin C is a powerful aid to immunity and reduced coronary artery disease. The body cannot manufacture it and must get vitamin C from food or supplements. A 300% increase of heart attacks was found with low vitamin C after infections.

Estrogens Reduce Heart & Vascular Diseases

A recent article, reported in the New England Journal of Medicine, examined a study on 1,069 women from age 50 to 59.  The relationship measured artery calcium and estrogen levels.
