Enzymes thin the blood without the need for blood thinning and blood pressure lowering drugs that mainstream wants to put you on when you get older. You see with age, your blood thickens and this does raise the blood pressure and can cause a clot that produces a heart attack or stroke.  Proteolytic enzymes such as serratiopeptidase or nattokinase dissolve the excess fibrin that causes blood thickening.

For hundreds of years the Japanese have consumed a fermented soy called nattokinase; it is a strong proteolytic enzyme that helps blood flow and reduces the need for drugs.  The Japanese do not have a problem with heart disease.  They are number one worldwide in life expectancy in some studies.  Heart disease is the number one killer in the U.S.A. and our own census lists us as 42nd in longevity, worldwide.  I am sure nattokinase is a huge factor in this regard.
