Toxin Epidemic Propells Killer Heart Disease
By admin | April 5, 2010
Heart Disease and Most Degenerative Diseases are accelerated by toxins:
Everyone…child, adult, senior has accumulated hazardous toxins. They are associated with, and they clearly produce, health degradation. Toxins interfere with your biochemistry and body functions; they can produce:
* Sugar metabolism and insulin problems
* Fatigue and loss of energy
* Cognitive decline and memory loss
* Sleep disturbances
* Heart problems
* Blood pressure increases
* Digestive problems
* Hormone sabotage
* Joint aches and pain
Respected researcher, author and health authority, Nan Kathryn Fuchs, PhD, cites 3 good studies that clearly implicate the health hazards of toxins. Seniors from 58 to 92 were the worst accumulators of toxins, but even young children had them.
The U.S.C.D.C. (Centers for Disease Control) found 148 different chemicals in the blood samples of 2,400 U.S. residents. Nine out of ten of these contained a mix of toxic chemicals.
Dr. Fuchs reports that every day 42,000,000,000 gallons of these toxic chemicals are dumped on Americans. That quantity is enough to fill 623,000 tanker trucks in a line that would surround the earth three times.
In another study, a frequent flyer reporter was tested for toxins and found to have 320 chemical in his blood. The flame retardant toxin, found in airline seats, was off the charts. It exceeded the amount found in the blood of factory workers who produced the substance.
A study done by Mount Sinai Medical reported a total of 167 different chemicals in the blood and urine of those tested. It averaged 91 toxins per person. Every single person tested was found to have toxic chemicals.
Numerous studies all show toxic accumulation in all persons examined. Even health conscious individuals, who drink distilled water, consume only organic vegetables, eat no process or packaged foods, are found to have accumulated toxic chemicals.
They are inescapable. The CDC reports we have possible exposure to over 90,000 toxic chemicals. They are in the food, water, air, and products that we come in contact with. They leak out of automobiles and transit vehicle interiors…even out of your home. They come from carpets, drapes, paneling, plumbing, upholstery, paint, and etc.
These toxic substances can be found in the majority of cosmetics, dental fillings (including white composite as well as amalgams). Plastic water bottles contain them and most cleaning and household products contain loads of them.
Many of these toxic chemicals cannot be easily eliminated by your body and they accumulate in you fat beds. The liver, kidneys, lungs and sweat glands have to work overtime in many cases.
Toxins are even more destructive in groups because the toxic effect is multiplied over the sum total of the individual toxins. They enhance and multiply the destructiveness of each other.
Heart disease and diabetes II are clearly increased by these toxic products. High blood pressure studies clearly find an association with toxic chemicals.
Diabetes II is very much affected by these toxic substances. Studies show a relationship of both suppressed insulin release from the pancreas and cellular resistance to the uptake of insulin in all individual cells.
Other hormones are sabotaged by these toxins; especially vulnerable are the estrogens. The estrogen receptor sites are filled by substitutes that prevent the proper uptake of estrogens.
Prescription drugs are a huge problem. The Journal of the American Medical Association reported that prescription drugs are the 4th leading cause of death in the U.S.A. Many drugs have side effects that compromise health and can even be fatal. (e.g. Vioxx, a pain killer, killed over 100,000 in only one year… by heart attack before it was pulled from the market.)
Heart disease is clearly propelled by toxic substances. Heart beat and rhythm are dependent upon proper chemical balance. Toxins from drugs, exhaust fumes and other sources interfere with you heart beat. Pesticides and insecticides can accumulate and be lethal.
High blood pressure and diabetes II, are both increased by toxins; these two maladies are major factors in heart disease. The American Diabetes Association says 65% of all diabetics will ultimately die of heart disease.
What is the solution to the toxin accumulation? Eliminate as many sources as you can. Consume organic fruits and vegetables. (One study discovered 78% of apples alone were found contaminated in non-organic outlets.) Drink distilled water because tap and most bottled water contain contaminates. Use prescription drugs cautiously, especially new ones.
Keep up a good level of health supplements and antioxidants. Supplements like CoQ-10 and the omega 3’s help counteract some drugs and inflammatory substances. A good daily multiple vitamin (with multiple pills) supplements and mineral supply is shown to be beneficial.
Antioxidant supplements and foods like blueberries, plus high fiber foods, are good but many people still need detoxification. There are several means to accomplish this.
Exercise and sweating eliminate some toxins through the lungs and sweat glands. Saunas have proven themselves as good purges for toxins. Plenty of fresh, pure water daily helps flush toxins through the kidneys and urine. Colon cleansing has proven beneficial, especially coffee enemas.
Probably the most important for those with heavy metal/toxin accumulation is IV chelation or even just oral chelation. Chelation generally works by a mild acid like EDTA, given intravenously… or orally with a citrus pectin and alginate formulation. Chelation binds heavy metals so they can be excreted. Dr. Fuchs recommends the citrus pectin/alginate as the only oral form worth using… Denis Van Loan D.D.S.
